My apologies for for this email being a little late but I was determined that I would write and express my thanks for your excellent service. I get so fed up with poor service, poor quality, over charging and rudeness these days that when I come across a good company and service I try and go out of my way to ensure that I give a very special thank you.

We hired you to move my mothers home from one side of WSM to the other. As she is 88 and had lived at her old address for 30 years, we were worried about how Your Move and my mother would cope. My family and I were so pleased when your team of 3 turned up, on time, got on with the job, were polite and pleasant to work with, and used common sense. They even seemed to be enjoying what they do.

The move was over very swiftly with no fuss at all. It became so clear that Nick, John and Damien had everything under control and the family and I were able to slope off and have lunch, confident that everything would end up in the right place, and yes it did exactly that. You were recommended to us in the first place from moves you made 5 and 10 years ago and I am so pleased to say that I will also be recommending you long into the future. You just made it so easy and at a reasonable cost.

Hi Nick,

I just wanted to thank you very much for moving me to Weston last week. It all went very smoothly and believe it or not, I haven't been stressed yet. A far cry from the move to Spain!! I hope not to be moving again in the near future, but I will definitely get in touch again when I do.

Dear Sir,

I must record our sincere thanks for the excellent removal of furniture from Canterbury to Woolavington on the 30th June. John and Graham arrived at 8:30am and rapidly cleared the house, stopping only briefly for numerous cups of tea which they needed to replace all of the perspiration! Arriving at our new address at 4:30pm they rapidly unloaded everything with Nick and Damien's assistance and left well before 6pm.

Everyone worked extremely hard and nothing was too much trouble. The house contents were undamaged and all of the glass and china that we had packed arrived unscathed too. We will have no hesitation in recommending your company.
